Shipping is available worldwide ! Please allow at least 3-7 business days for shipping. Heavy duty orders (over 20kg) may take longer. Shipping costs depends on delivery location and weight of order.
Also note that the carrier does not wear or carry the consignment to your property, whether you live in a house or apartment. Therefore, make sure you have someone to help with heavy ingathering.
Return & Exchange Policy

The goods must be in the original packaging and substantially in the same condition as when purchased. You pay for return shipping which may not be COD. Product will not be accepted for return and refund with visible wear and tear. The amount refunded normally within one week after we have received and checked the returned goods. Once registered for an education you have up until three weeks prior to scheduled education date to receive a credit towards a future education. Product Warranty of Procedos AB
Safe and sound
All our products meet all European safety requirements. in accordance with the Consumer.
You have the right to prove that the defects are original and not due to wear or abnormal use.
Products are of the "semi-pro" standard and is used in lighter commercial environment (ie, less than 4 hours usage per day in a non-paying environment), have one year warranty. Training Products intended for home use and which are used outside the home to be contrary to the guarantee provisions and thus invalidate the warranty.
Warranty counted from the date of invoice - keep the invoice as proof of guarantee.
The warranty does not cover
- Wear and tear in the use of shoes with soles of coarse patterns.
- For wear or changes in the product that is a result of normal product use
- Fold or careless handling
