Every Procedos product has a 30 day, money back, satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not for you, please contact us before returning and we will get you a refund.

We use them only in our dealings with customers and to meet our commitments to them.When ordering shared your information with the following partners around payment: DIBS (for card payments), SVEA WebPay (for billing / payment).Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged or shared with other outside companies, organizations or individuals. You have the right to request a transcript to check the information registered We are obliged at the customer's request, correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

Shipping is available worldwide ! Please allow at least 3-7 business days for shipping. Heavy duty orders (over 20kg) may take longer. Shipping costs depends on delivery location and weight of order. Also note that the carrier does not wear or carry the consignment to your property, whether you live in a house or apartment. Therefore, make sure you have someone to help with heavy ingathering. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

Important

Please contact us before you return the item.The goods must be in the original packaging and substantially in the same condition as when purchased. You pay for return shipping which may not be COD. Product will not be accepted for return and refund with visible wear and tear.

Education Cancelation Policy

Once registered for an education you have up until three weeks prior to scheduled education date to receive a credit towards a future education. Cancelations made within three weeks of the education date will result in loss of education cost and credit. For cancelations that happen due to medical or family emergencies, please contact

Product Warranty of Procedos AB

All our products meet all European safety requirements, in accordance with the Consumer. You have the right to prove that the defects are original and not due to wear or abnormal use.

 

Products

are of the "semi-pro" standard and is used in lighter commercial environment (ie, less than four hours usage per day in a non-paying environment), have one year warranty.

 

Training

Products intended for home use and which are used outside the home to be contrary to the guarantee provisions and thus invalidate the warranty. 

Warranty counted from the date of invoice - keep the invoice as proof of guarantee.

 

The warranty does not cover

Disclaimer * - we are not responsible for errors caused by:

- The product not been handled or cleaned with strong detergents.

- The products have been paint or solvents on the surface.

- Product exposed to abnormal usage or something similar.

- Product is abused.

- The product has been exposed to an accident or other external influences.

- The product has been exposed to high heat or sunlight

- The product has been exposed to cold weather or hot water for a long time.
